Ahmad is a multidisciplinary visual artist based in Beirut, Lebanon, working primarily with charcoal, oil paint, and mixed media. With a background in Graphic Design and Fine Arts from the American University of Science and Technology (AUST), his practice investigates themes of identity, memory, and the human condition. Merging abstraction with elements of realism, his work draws from personal experience and shared cultural narratives rooted in Middle Eastern identity. Influenced by both classical realism and abstract expressionism, he explore the tension between control and spontaneity. His creative process often begins intuitively— with a memory, a sketch, or a fleeting emotion—then evolves through layers of mark- making, texture, and intentional distortion. The resulting pieces invite introspection, aiming to reflect not only the visible but also the emotional and psychological undercurrents that shape human experience. Ahmad was awarded by Pierre Sadek Competition on 2018. He participated in several local exhibitions in Lebanon the latest was Men Zaman Art Exhibition (Aitat, Lebanon), 2023
