ABOUT MONA JABBOUR
Born in Beirut Lebanon 1960 Mona Jabbour has completed her undergrad (B.U.C.)& grad studies in Fine Arts (MFA Painting/Pratt N.Y.1990).She has held several solo exhibits in Lebanon & various collectives internationally.She has also worked in 3D & small scale printmaking.She has taught in the Fine Arts dept. for 25 years at her previous Alma mater B.U.C. currently L.A.U.

ARTIST STATEMENT
I have always been drawn to the visual arts ever since childhood having had the chance to develop my studies and improve my skills and attend various workshops .I enjoy traveling for symposiums meeting artists and making new contacts.I believe in the importance of education to help develop and unfold potentials in order to evolve in a very problematic world.
