Razane Joumaa (Beirut, 1997) is a contemporary fine artist. She holds a master’s degree in Fine Arts from the Lebanese University, Faculty of Fine Arts and Architecture. In a ceaseless search for serenity and beauty amidst chaos, she found a safe haven in creating. At the heart of her work is an ongoing exploration of movement and rhythm, aiming to create a visual field that feels alive, painting landscapes of shimmering hues and kaleidoscopic patterns that shift and evolve with every thought. Creating a universe bathed in ethereal light and adorned with dancing colors where the heart finds solace and hope takes root and blooms in a riot of rich colors, textures, and sensory experiences that mirror the intricate workings of the individual’s inner universe. For Razane, creation is not an escape but a reawakening to what it means to feel profoundly, to endure, and to be alive. And thus, believing that you must journey through darkness in order to create light. Razane participated in local exhibitions.
